César Mascorro, Jr. Is a first generation American from San Antonio, Texas. Coming from humble beginnings, César has always aspired to help as many people as possible to have a better life than what they may have thought possible.

He has had an entrepreneurial spirit since a very young age. That attitude has helped César accomplish great things anywhere he has worked. With hard work, focus, discipline, and a desire to win, César is an excellent mentor and leader.

Now, César is looking to exponentially increase the number of people he can help. By providing Next Level sales training to Housing Consultants across the country, César and his team are doing their part to help improve the lives of homebuyers and Housing Consultants alike.

César’s passion for the housing industry started his junior year in high school, back in 1990. Since then, he has been involved in the residential housing industry in one way or another.

It started with his love for architectural design, then on to structural engineering. In 2011, César made the transition into the manufactured home sales industry. He cut his teeth at an independent retail location in Von Ormy, Texas. From there, he went to a corporate retail location in San Antonio, Texas.

In all, he was a Housing Consultant for 3 years, an Operations Manager for 3 years and a General Manager for 7 years. With those 12 years of real-world, hands-on experience, César has encountered just about every scenario in the business.

He has been able to work through almost every issue that comes with being in the manufactured home world. Whether it’s related to municipalities, clients, lenders, manufacturers, contractors or Housing Consultants, César has seen it all and lived to tell about it 😊

In all those years in the business, César’s main purpose has always been helping families become homeowners. César and his teams over the years have helped their clients build over $50 million dollars in wealth/equity through their home and land purchases.

The PURPOSE remains the same now…HELP AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE!

César has created Manufactured Home Sales Mastery to help people on two different levels. First, he can help Retailers, MH Communities, and Housing Consultants improve their skills with improved and consistent training and coaching. This will help the consultant accomplish even more in the business and change their own lifestyle and that of their families.

Next, César can help even more families become homeowners than he could have had he stayed in the retail side of the business. By helping other Housing Consultants across the country to do what he has done, César can live his purpose of helping tens of thousands families become homeowners through true affordable housing. It’s A Win/Win!
